This data is stored anonymously in accordance with the Telemedia Act (TMG). The creation of personal user profiles by us is therefore not possible.
In general, you have the option of deactivating the transmission of referrer information in your browser.

No data transfer to third parties

We will use the information you provide when contacting us exclusively to process your inquiry. We will not share your personal data with third parties.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on a visitor's hard drive. We use so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close your browser. You can set your browser to notify you when cookies are placed. This makes the use of cookies transparent for you.

MapBox

Our website includes functions from the map service MapBox Inc., 740 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005, USA. It is technically necessary to save your IP address to use MapBox's functions. This information is generally transferred to a MapBox server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transfer. Mapbox Maps is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings and to make it easier to find the locations we provide on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Encryption

To protect your data from unauthorized access, we use an encryption process on some pages. Your information is then transmitted from your computer to our server and back over the Internet using secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. You can recognize this by the closed lock symbol in your browser's status bar and the address bar beginning with https://. We sometimes forgo encryption if you only exchange publicly available information with us.

Your rights as a user

When processing your personal data, the GDPR grants you as a website user certain rights:

1. Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR):

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed.
If this is the case, you have the right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 GDPR.

2. Right to rectification and erasure (Articles 16 and 17 GDPR):

You have the right to request the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, where appropriate, the completion of incomplete personal data.
You also have the right to request that the personal data concerning you be deleted immediately if one of the reasons listed in detail in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if this data is no longer required for the purposes pursued.

3. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR):

You have the right to request restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Article 18 GDPR is met, e.g. if you have objected to processing, for the duration of any review.

4. Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR):

In certain cases, which are listed in detail in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that this data be transmitted to a third party.

5. Right of objection (Art. 21 GDPR):

If data is collected on the basis of Art. 6, Subparagraph 1 a) to f) (data processing to protect legitimate interests), you have the right to object to processing at any time for reasons related to your particular situation. We will then no longer process your personal data unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates data protection regulations. This right of complaint can be asserted, in particular, with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your residence, place of work, or place of the alleged violation.

Contract data processing

The operation and hosting of our website on a web server, as well as the operation of the email server we use, is carried out by IONOS. For this purpose, we have concluded a contract for contract data processing (DPA) with IONOS.
